SPX Cooling Technologies Names Ulf Bergmann as Regional Sales Manager of Central Europe, EMEA
5/7/2012 |    | RATINGEN, Germany, July 5, 2012 – SPX Cooling Technologies today announced the appointment of Ulf Bergmann as Regional Sales Manager Central Europe.
Bergmann comes to SPX from BAC (Baltimore Aircoil International), most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager South Germany for Package Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condenser.
“Ulf brings in-depth experience of thermal equipment including refrigeration and cooling systems. He is highly experienced in the management of external sales teams and increasing sales in his assigned territory,” said Rich Coughlin, Sales Director of EMEA Evaporative Cooling for SPX Cooling Technologies. “He is the ideal person for this key role at SPX.”
Bergmann will support SPX’s new direction of proactive sales throughout central Europe (D, A, CH, Benelux) region. In this new role he will have responsibility for the proactive sales, customer relations and gaining market shares of Package and Cell Type products as well as leading the sales team and sales representatives in the Evaporative business for HVAC and Industry. He will be based in Ratingen, Germany.
Bergmann served BAC for more than 5 years, and also served as Sales Engineer and Manager for different companies dealing with complex technical products and services, where he has gained experience in doing business with commercial and industrial customers as well as in leading people and managing businesses. He graduated with a degree in supply engineering from Erfurt University of applied science in 1997.
