Production at Shaikan to Increase Significantly
BUDAPEST – 16th December, 2014 – Today MOL Group has announced that the installation works to connect three wells to the existing production facilities have been completed in Shaikan block. With the addition of the three new producing wells, total production will increase to 40,000 gross boepd.

IPTC breaks attendance record: Worldwide oil and gas experts come together
12 December 2014, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: The 8th International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC) came to a close in Kuala Lumpur today with a record breaking attendance of 10,318 industry professionals from 68 countries. The event drew speakers from the highest echelons of government, operators, service providers, advisory and research firms, and academia. In addition 97 undergraduates took part in Education Week and 87 High School students joined in the Education Days programme.

Today (29 November) marks a year since the tragic accident at the Clutha Vaults in Glasgow. Our thoughts remain with those who died that night, those who were injured and their families and friends. Nothing can compensate for the loss of a loved one, but we continue to work with the representatives of those affected with the aim of resolving all claims as swiftly as possible. We also continue to work with the Air Accident Investigations Branch as it conducts its investigation.
