SPX and McJunkin Red Man Enter into Distribution Agreement for M&J Valve

SPX, a leading supplier of flow technology solutions, has signed an agreement with McJunkin Red Man Corporation to distribute and stock in inventory SPX’s M&J Valve brand products in the United States. McJunkin Red Man is the U.S. subsidiary of MRC Global Inc., the largest global distributor of pipe, valves and fittings to the energy industry. With this agreement, McJunkin Red Man will initially stock the Houston-manufactured M&J Valve API 6D through-conduit slab and expanding gate products in sizes up to 24” and pressures up to class 600. This stock will allow customers to quickly obtain M&J products to fulfill shorter delivery lead times than standard requirements by going through McJunkin Red Man’s extensive branch network.

RATP Dev and SAPTCO win contract to operate the future Riyadh bus network

RATP Group subsidiary RATP Dev and SAPTCO (Saudi Public Transport Company) have won the bid to implement, operate and maintain the future bus network in the Saudi capital of Riyadh for a twelve-year term. The network’s 100-odd lines will gradually enter service after two years of preparation starting from the launch of the contract.

RATP Dev wins contract to operate Transvil les, the Valenciennes city and region transport network

SITURV, the transport authority for the Valenciennes city and region transport network, has announced its decision to award the contract to RATP Group subsidiary RATP Dev to operate its Transvilles network connecting 81 municipalities in its two associations of metropolitan areas (Valenciennes Métropole and Porte du Hainaut) and their 350,000 inhabitants. The seven-year contract will begin on 1st January 2015.
