|Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) releases an image taken by an inspection camera on board TechDemoSat-1 to mark the completion of the Launch and Early Operations Phase (LEOP) for the satellite, which was launched on 8th July. The image was taken minutes after separation of the satellite from the Soyuz-2 launcher and shows a view of the Earth from space, with the spacecraft’s Antenna Pointing Mechanism in shot. |
